Since I was born, I though my parents always providing us durian during its season. Durian is unique fruit, Unlike most fruits the durian is left to fall from the tree as this is a sign that it is ripe to eat. People in the local villages of South East Asia, where the durian is most common, call it "The King of Fruits," and they will clear the floor under the trees near to harvest time and then camp near them for up to two months just to make sure they get the fruit at its peak. This is a truly exceptional and healing fruit.&lt;br /&gt;Health Benefits of Durian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Traditionally the durian fruit was seen as a powerful aphrodisiac, while women would eat the ashes from burnt durian skins to help them recover after child birth. But concoctions made from the leaves of the durian tree were also used to help reduce swelling and cure skin disease. More recently nutritionists have claimed that the durian fruit can help lower cholesterol and cleanse the blood as well as cure jaundice and alleviate fevers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Experts even say that you can rid yourself of yeast infections such as thrush through eating the durian fruit. This is because of the durian's high iron content that helps the white blood cells in our body make specific chemicals that kill off the infection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The durian is also packed with amino acids as well as Vitamins B, C and E and many people are even comparing the sweet custard like centre of the durian fruit to the goji berry for its high levels of anti oxidants. These anti oxidants help slow down the destruction of cells from free radicals such as pollution and smoking; in doing so, they decrease the effects of aging on the skin giving you a younger more refreshed look.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Among the amino acids found inside the durian is tryptophan. Tryptophan is essential for making and maintaining serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin is the hormone in the body that regulates our happiness. People with low serotonin levels tend to have short tempers, are often moody and suffer from depression. This means that not only will eating the durian fruit help keep your body running smoothly but it will also increase your general happiness and wellbeing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have one of my family recipe from my Mom, it call Ketan Kinca (Sticky rice with durian sauce).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 kg gluten rice (sticky rice)&lt;br /&gt;1250 ml coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;1 Pandan leaf&lt;br /&gt;1 Durian fruit (whole)&lt;br /&gt;250 kg palm sugar (if you need more sweet you put more because durian fruits already sweet).&lt;br /&gt;1 tea spoon salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Wash gluten rice and soak it for about one night. Until next morning you half cook it about 5 minutes  with 250 ml coconut milk, pandan leaf and salt. Then steam it until well done cooked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. In large pan, boil 1 liter coconut milk with palm sugar and pandan leaf. When it boiling pour some durian fruit, if you put more durian fruit- the sauce will more sticky. Then cook it for another 5 minutes until durian fruit mix with coconut sauce. Don't over cook.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Salah satu jenis cereal yang mereka sukai coco crunch. Menyambut Idul Fitri 1430 H tahun ini kami akan kedatangan tamu istimewa. Tamunya adalah penulis kondang Asma Nadia yang sudah menulis lebih dari 40 buku dan salah satu bukunya dijadikan film yang berjudul Emak Ingin Naik Haji.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biskuit coco crunch ini resepnya dapat sumber dari Natural Cooking Club Mbak Fatmah Bahalwan yang pernah ketemu tahun 2008 lalu di radio Bahana. Kami berdua talk show bersama. Mbak Fatma membahas kue sus dan saya buku kedua Hidangan Favorit ala Mediterania.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini dia resep yang sudah saya modifikasikan sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;250 gr Butter atau mentega&lt;br /&gt;200 gr tepung terigu &lt;br /&gt;satu sendok makan penuh coklat bubuk (yg saya pakai Hersey)&lt;br /&gt;150 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;10 gr baking powder&lt;br /&gt;5 gr  vanili&lt;br /&gt;125 gr coco crunch&lt;br /&gt;1 telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok butter dan gula hingga putih. Lalu masukkan telur, kocok sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung coklat dan terigu yang sudah dicampur baking powder. Masukkan vanili dan aduk rata. Karena kehabisan gula ahirnya saya ganti dengan molasses (gula tebu yang cair dan berwarna pekat kenal).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan yang diperlukan untuk 20 mangkuk bolu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 3 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;250 gram minyak zaitun atau minyak sayur (saya memakai minyak zaitun karena baik untuk kesehatan dan tidak mengandung kolesterol jahat).&lt;br /&gt;250 gram tepung self raising (bisa diganti tepung segitiga biru ditambahkan baking powder atau pengembang).&lt;br /&gt;Satu buah  jagung segar &lt;br /&gt;100ml molasses&lt;br /&gt;Mangkuk kertas untuk cetakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Pipil jagung dengan cara menyayatnya tipis-tipis atau dua kali sayatan. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur hingga mengembang&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan gula molasses dan kocok rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan tepung dan aduk rata dengan spatula&lt;br /&gt;5. Kemudian masukkan jagung dan aduk rata sebentar&lt;br /&gt;6. They eat banana everyday as breakfast, sometimes mix with cereal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This banana pie one of their favorite pie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For sweet pastry:&lt;br /&gt;200 gr flour&lt;br /&gt;70 gr butter or margarine&lt;br /&gt;80 gr sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;1 tea spoon vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon salt if using unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For filling:&lt;br /&gt;3 banana cut into small pieces&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of water.&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of sugar.&lt;br /&gt;3 tablespoons of cornstarch.&lt;br /&gt;2 table spoon honey&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;In bowl,mix together flour,sugar,  and salt.Using a pastry blender cut in the butter until the consistency resembles fine crumbs with a few larger pieces. &lt;br /&gt;In liquid measure,beat egg yolk with ice-water;drizzle over dry ingredients,stirring briskly with fork to form ragged dough.Press into disc shape.Wrap in plastic wrap;refrigerate until chilled;about 30 minutes. Blender biscuits in food processor until smooth almost like flour&lt;br /&gt;2. Pour biscuit powder into big bowl and add cocoa powder. Mix until biscuit turn &lt;br /&gt;   to chocolate color.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add condensed milk, stir with spoon until mix well.&lt;br /&gt;4. Finallly add blood orange juice and keep stir with spoon then form into small&lt;br /&gt;   balls. Its little bit sticky when you form it no need to worry. When it boiled pour some greenpeas. To make sauce thick add some corn flour. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whisk eggs in large bowl together with  mince meat, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Bitting until mix well. Then finally add some chopped celery. Prepare pan with oil.&lt;br /&gt;Pour eggs into to hot pan. Then cook with low heat and cover. Becareful when you turn upside of the puyung hai. This Friday I bought some fish. I interested to the head of salmon, because in Jakarta I used to have lunch in Pasar Senen close to my former  office. While me and my kids are prefer the legs of chicken. Chicken is less fat and more soft compare to beef and other kind of meat. It much easier to cook chicken than beef or goat meat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chicken aroma is breast chicken coating with bread crumbs and some herbs. I am crazy about it. Aroma is  combination from rosemary, oregano and corriander. Attractive and sedutive aroma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are the recipes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 boneless skinless chicken breast ( from one breast chicken both side)&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs white&lt;br /&gt;2 tea spoon corn starch&lt;br /&gt;2 spoon olive oil for saute&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the crusting  combine:&lt;br /&gt;6 slices dry bread&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon rosemary&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon oregano&lt;br /&gt;1 garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon corriander&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_SnPZ41NJjTg/SN71_Kf105I/AAAAAAAAANk/TjtpQWn7Wj4/s1600-h/Chicken+Aromaby+Tati.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_SnPZ41NJjTg/SN71_Kf105I/AAAAAAAAANk/TjtpQWn7Wj4/s320/Chicken+Aromaby+Tati.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250904681059046290" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;Mix the herbs and dry in food processor or blender.&lt;br /&gt;Blend eeg white, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice with fork in wide dish.&lt;br /&gt;Make sure the chicken breast are dry enough from excess water after you wash it.&lt;br /&gt;Dip both side of chicken breast into egg white mixture. Then transfer the chicken to teh crumb dish.&lt;br /&gt;pat crumb on both side of chicken, its okay if some crumbs fall off. Air dry on rack 20-30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in non stick pan (teflon). Lay chicken in the pan and saute until golden for 3 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;carefully flip chicken, then transfer to ove. Add coconut milk and stir for 5 minutes. Add some bananas and padan leaf. Hari ini mulai membuat kue lebaran. Membuat nastar dimuali dari membuat selai nenas. Cukup cepat membuat selai nenas denga blender dan langsung dimasak. Hanya satu jam sudah jadi selainya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biasanya membuat nastar memakai keju. Sebab keju selalu tersedi aid kulkas. Namun kali ini saya berpikir ingin mencoba memakai yogurth daripada pakai keju banyak lemaknya. Jadilah takaran keju parut digantikan dengan yogurth yang lemaknya 2%. Di Yunani biasa dijual berbagai jenis yogurth dengan kandungan lemak dari 4%, 2% hingga 0%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ternyata hasilnya sangat menggembirakan. Walau sempat khawatir takut nastarnya terasa asam yogurth. Ternyata rasanya tetap sama dengan nastar keju. Bahkan lebih harum dan lebih gembur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan yang diperlukan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;350 gram mentega atau butter&lt;br /&gt;200 gram gula halus&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;500 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm baking powder&lt;br /&gt;150 gram yogurth&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok mentega atau butter dengan gula halus. Setelah tercampur rata masukkan kuning telur satu persatu. Kemudian tambahkan yogurt, kocok selama 3 menit. Masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder. Bentuk adonan nastar sesuai selera. It taste sweeet and so delicious.&lt;br /&gt;Mostly you can find Stifado menu in all Greek restaurant in Greece. Because I am not guarantee if there is baby shallots around your neighborhood.. just kidding!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here the recipe for Stifado cook with beef.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg beef cut into chunk&lt;br /&gt;1 kg stifado&lt;br /&gt;3 tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;2 lebanon leaf&lt;br /&gt;2 table-spoons of tomato paste.&lt;br /&gt;1/2  nutmeg crushed (put it into a bag and hit it with a rolling pin!)&lt;br /&gt;1 cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.&lt;br /&gt;4 garlic cloves - finely chopped.&lt;br /&gt;Rosemary sprig or two.&lt;br /&gt; 5 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil.&lt;br /&gt;1 glass of water.&lt;br /&gt;2 table-spoons of vinegar.&lt;br /&gt;Fresh coarsely ground black pepper and salt. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Saute 500 gr stifado with beef untul golden brown. Add garlic, nutmeg, cinnamon and rosemary and cloves.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add tomatoes slices and water. Cover until beef tender.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add tomato paste and vinegar&lt;br /&gt;4. Finally add another 500 stifado, balck pepper and salt. They've called Tauco or Soybean sauce.&lt;br /&gt;Mostly Saucebean sauce is salty. So you dont have to put some more salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg fish (better medium size of fish)&lt;br /&gt;200 ml coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;5 table spoons soy beans sauce&lt;br /&gt;3 cm galangal&lt;br /&gt;3 cm ginger&lt;br /&gt;1 lemon grass&lt;br /&gt;1 shallot&lt;br /&gt;5 red hot chillies&lt;br /&gt;2 garlics&lt;br /&gt;1 salam leaf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;Fried fish until half cook&lt;br /&gt;saute onion, garlic. Then add ginger, chilli,  galangal, lemon grass and salam leaf. Pity my daughter doesnt like liver, neither my sons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;500 gr liver&lt;br /&gt;4 potatoes cut into pieces (cube)&lt;br /&gt;2 ripe tomatoes &lt;br /&gt;2 shallots&lt;br /&gt;1 garlic&lt;br /&gt;2 cm ginger&lt;br /&gt;5 cm galangal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook liver into boiling water for about 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Cut liver the same size with potatoes.&lt;br /&gt;Make sauce by  food processor; mix tomato, shallot, garlic and ginger.&lt;br /&gt;Fry potatoes for about half cook. Set aside&lt;br /&gt;Then saute tomato sauce and galangal in 4 table spoon of olive oil. Di beberapa toko souvenir dijual sebagai oleh-oleh para turis yang datang ke Yunani.. Biasanya dijual per kardus dan  perkilo harganya 15 hingga 20 euro. Agak  mirip kue putri salju (cuma bentuknya beda) namanya kourabietes. Kourabietes ini campurannya almond yang dihancurkan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;600g butter&lt;br /&gt;400g almonds,dihaluskan &lt;br /&gt;230gula halus (icing sugar)&lt;br /&gt;50g air mawar &lt;br /&gt;1200 g tepung &lt;br /&gt;gula halus untuk pembalut biskuit &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan almond yang dihancurkan menjadi bentuk halus (dipotong-potong atau blender). Gongseng  sebentar di oven  agar  almondnya renyah (crunchy). Jangan kelamaan gongsengnya karena akan mempengaruhi rasa biskuit.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok butter dan gula halus hingga lembut. Semakin lama dikocok butternya maka semakin lembut biskuitnya. Lalu masukkan tepungnya sedikit demi sedikit hingga semau tercampir rata. Masukkan air mawar dan remahan  almond. Aduk adonan hingga rata. Cetakn adonan denagn tangan. Cetak bulat-bulat seperti bola kecil, lalu tekan sedit atasnya  agar adonannya tidak terlalu bundar. Lihat gambar. Panggang dalam oven 200 C selama 15 menit. Ingat jangan terlalu lama memanggangnya sebab akan menjadi keras. Warna biskuit ini putih tidak kuning. Setelah diangkat kourabiethes  diamkan agar dingin. Namun di beberapa negera Eropa hidangan ini sering dijumpai dijual di berbagai restoran.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalau sedang malas memasak menu yang ruwet hidangan ikan dan kentang goreng ini bisa dijadikan alternatif pilihan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan untuk 4 porsi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 gram Fillet ikan (kakap atau bawal)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kg kentang dikupas dan dipotong bentuk french fries&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gram tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garam dan lada secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perasan air jeruk lemon atau jeruk nipis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk mengggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Cuci bersih ikan dan ambil dagingnya potong menjadi bentuk fillet lebar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Taburi ikan dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis/lemon. Kemudian balut ikan dengan  tepung maizena. Caranya tepung diletakkan di piring lebar dan masukkan fillet ikan diatas tepung. Bolak balik hingga ikan terbalut tepung merata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan panci penggorengan dan goreng kentang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah kentang selesai digoreng. Mencetaknya juga gampang sekali.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk 140 keping biskuit.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;450 gram butter tawar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8  mangkuk tepung untuk segala jenis (di Indonesia tepung segitiga biru)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 mangkuk gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 mangkuk jus jeruk valencia (jeruk manis)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 sd teh soda kue&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 sd teh baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 telur ukuran besar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1mangkuk susu panas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus vanili&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Kulit jeruk lemon atau jeruk Valencis di parut &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ukuran takaran:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mangkuk adalah ukuran cangkir teh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok butter dengan gula sengan mixer hingga putih. Masukkan sat persatu telur, kemudian vanilla bubuk, susu dan jus jeruk,  parutan kulit jeruk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah dikocok pindahkan adonan ke manghkuk yg lebih besar. Campurkan tepung dengan soda da baking powder. Lalu masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga membentuk adonan biskuit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adonan harus lembut, elastis, tidak keras  dan tidak lengket ditangan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan adonan selama 30-35 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setealh itu bentuk adonan dengan membagi adonan sebesar bakso kecil. Lalu dibetuk O, S,Â§  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olesi  loyang dengan sedikit butter dan alas dengan kertas roti sebelum dipanggang. Kue lapis yang terbuat dari tepung beras. Jika ingat kue lapis langsung saja terasa lidah ingin ngences, ingin sekali merasakan keempukan kue lapis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Namun apa daya, bahan-bahan untuk membuat kue lapis tidak tersedia lengkap seperti di negeri tercinta. Jangankan mau mencari daun pandan, daun pisang saja sulit sekali ditemukan. Bahkan di toko Asean market sekali pun di Athena, sering tidak ditemukan daun pisang dan daun pandan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ya memang kue lapis paling lezat jika loyangnya dialasi daun pisang terlebih dahulu. Juga diberi beberapa helai potongan daun pandan ketika dikukus agar harum semerbak wanginya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akibat tidak tersedianya bahan-bahan, maka hari ini saya mencoba berimprovisasi membuat kue lapis dengan hasil yang cukup memuaskan. Walau pun harsu sabar sebab mengukusnya di dalam rice-cooker ukuran kecil, sehingga hanya dapat mengukus kue lapis dalam satu mangkuk  kecil. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yah pegel juga, namun kesabaran selalu membuahkan hasil kesuksesan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gambar hasil kue lapis bisa Anda lihat di blog atau di attachment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gram tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gram tepung ketan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 sendok makan minyak zaitun&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 ml susu segar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sendok teh garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esens pandan sedikit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung ketan dalam sebuah  mangkuk besar. Lalu masukkan gula, garam dan aduk-aduk rata. Kemudian tuang susu segar dan aduk-aduk lagi hingga seluruh tepung tenggelam dalam susu (he he tidak ada tepung yang terapung)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian tambahkan minyak zaitun (asumsi pengganti santan kelapa adalah susu dan minyak zaitun).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian. Satu bagian diberi warna pandan dengan esens pandan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan kukusan (dalam hal ini rice cooker) dan ketika sudah beruap, masukkan cetakan kue lapis yang telah diolesi mentega atau butter. Tuang adonan selapis demi selapis. I found an  original Spanish recipe whom written by Spaniyard. Finally I found &lt;a href="http://conlasmanosenlagrasa.blogspot.com/"&gt;Julito Rodriguez&lt;/a&gt;. Impressed me that he looks so funny. Because i've never seen anybody with vegetables on their heads. Julito did!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was so happy in that time, and as soon as possible I sent him an email. I ask his permission to use his recipe for my second book. My second book still talking about love; that loves  comes from foods. My first book is Love and Shock.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Time after time, I keep on waiting for his response. Finally after 4 or 5 days I got his first email. Its very friendly email that I ever get. I've  never wrong judge people. I chosen him because I have feeling that he is good person.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Julio sent me his recipes and also some fotos of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mari Carmen; his girl friend cooked a very special Paella for my book. Actually nothing is special or new as a the topic about motivation but  he write with passion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for me, I considered that fresh idea is very important. You need to think alot, to read alot and use your imagination to get that idea. And it call "hinayah and hidayah" in term of spritual part.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I am in the process to finish my second script. God will, this second script will get published on June 2008. It's a destiny, this script the one I ignore will be the first to get published this year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday my left leg hurt just because I take 'wudhu" bended on the ceramic bathtub. Winter time is difficult moment. When I focused on my leg then I felt hurt all over of my body. This morning I've try to forget about it and  the feeling of hurt is dissappeared. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dr. Hill states: "If you think you're sick, you are." How often do you allow yourself to focus on your illness rather than your health? When you are feeling fine and nothing ails you, do you give thanks to Infinite Intelligence for your well-being as Dr. Hill suggests? Do you require your Prince of Sound Health to keep your physical body healed and efficient at all times? To some, these actions may seem like mind games, however, today we know that our mind/body connection rules our health. Before going to sleep suggest to your subconscious mind that you will wake up healthy, happy, and terrific. With this command firmly stated and envisioned in your mind's eye, you subconscious mind will work while you sleep to make this a reality. No, it usually doesn't happen overnight, nor is it 100% predictable, but the success rate is higher than if you don't do it and it costs nothing but a positively directed thought as you drift off to sleep.
